Shipping Information

By default, all US order ship USPS Priority Mail and items are ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.  Insurance is optional. If you would like your package insured or shipped in a different manner, please let me know and I will send you a quote.

Items lost in the mail, unclaimed, or undeliverable are not refundable.

Wristlets, Tassels & Keychains:
    $6 flat rate US ($2 with another item)
    $26 everywhere else ($5 with another item)
Clutches:
    $13 flat rate US ($3 with another item)
    $65 everywhere else ($5 with another item)
Hobo Bags & Totes:
    $15 flat rate ($5 with another item)
    $75 everywhere else ($5 with another item)
 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt of your purchase, and the item must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.  Once the item is received you will be refunded, less a 10% restock fee. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. This fee is simply to compensate for time spent processing the order, packaging, shipping, etc.

For CUSTOMIZED items:
All sales are final. No returns.

For SALE items:
All sales are final. No returns.

Note: Item MUST be in it's original, perfect, brand new, UNUSED condition to be eligible for return.  There must be no extra smells, perfumes, odors, markings, excessive wrinkling, etc for a return or exchange to be approved!
